No strong crazy smell, I adore this bottle style for misting more than spraying heavily. I've noticed less split ends and less frizzy hair but I just changed my hair again so now its just a mess again. I don't try to use heat too much right now but I did use this and another heat spray together and didn't notice a big difference in how both worked. I'll most likely pick this up again if given a chance when I use it all.

Smells good but without being overwhelming or chemically. I have noticed my hair getting way less damage when I use heat tools on it which I'm very impressed with. I usually don't really notice much protection from other heat protecting products. But this one does as it claims. It also makes styling time shorter and leaves hair nice and smooth and no flyaways
