It causes split ends, breakage, tangles, and loss of softness. This spray helps protect hair from heat very well. I have used it and my hair is protected quite well. I will buy it again.

At first after spraying it I felt like it weighed down my hair a bit and I was worried that it will be oily but after I styled it, it looked perfectly shiny and healthy. I love using it every time I style my hair. It also smells so pleasantly fresh.

This one is pretty good in my opinion. It doesn’t leave my hair feeling sticky or tacky at all and I really like the formula. I like that it protects up to 450°F which I feel like is average among heat protectants. The only thing I don’t love is the sprayer. It’s a semi continuous mist so it’s kind of hard to control where it goes and I sometimes end up with too much product in one spot. Other than that it does the job really well and my hair comes out feeling soft.

It is super easy to mist over hair before using heat and I think it provides a good overall coating to each strand for better protection. The scent is light but good. I think overall it’s worth it.
