Think about it… this protects your hair up to 450 degrees. I know I keep my flat iron up pretty high, and I want to keep my hair looking shiny and healthy, so heat protector saves my locks. For this product, it does have protein to help keep your hair strong, so make sure you don’t use it on your roots otherwise your hair may be weighed down. Keep it from mid hair length down. It seriously works! It smells so nostalgic to me as well, if you’ve ever smelled the perfume Sunflowers from the 90’s it gives hints of that! Love it!
