Just received our new machine and I'm loving it! Easy set up. Looks great on our counter - big, but not too big, and tucks under the cabinets perfectly. Makes the perfect homemade version of the shaken espresso you get at the major chain coffee place. And the best part of all is that it's one push of a button. I can't speak about the long-term durability, but on day 1 I'm delighted and very impressed with this fairly entry level machine. Great value.
