We recieved a machine that would not prime. Followed instructions and then YouTube, nothing. Got on a chat support followed her instructions,srill not working. Support help- Maleney immediately put an order for new machine to ship out to replace the original machine. Return was painless. Second machine works great. Easy to use. Easy to clean.The milk foam wand works great. Coffee is hot enough. Trick of trade, heat coffee cups before pushing espresso through. The machine is a perfect size, not bulky and it looks great in our kitchen.

It works perfect! I hope it lasts as long as my old magnifica sx.

It's suitable for my family, very simple to use giving great coffee experiences. We make only hot americano for a quick joy of coffee when feeling like putting the drip coffee aside, or iced latte with the x2 espresso shots. Those are good.

So far machine has been great only chance for improvement in my opinion would be having video/ tutorials or pictures as far as setting your machine up(Volume of coffee, water hardness , temperature of water etc)

It's an amazing machine. I had an older model and this one brings out all the coffee flavors.

Ok don't drink coffee, but everyone that does in my office loves this product.

We wanted something that tastes fresh and isn't loud. This is perfect.

The new ‘layout' of buttons is different…. (not all that good) different. This is our 4th machine - they don't seem to last for many years. Perhaps it's all the moving parts.

Generally happy with this machine. Just wish it was a bit more customizable. For the price, though, can't beat it. Much quieter than our old Delonghi machine. We didn't need all of the extra drink options so this one works well for us. Are are Americano drinkers

Coffee tastes great. But it's not hot enough. It does not alert to refill water before it starts making coffee. It stops half way while making coffee and asks to refill. After we refill, it just does not make the remaining coffee. It should really alert before it starts making the coffee
