I brew a single cup each morning and I have to strain the coffee because there are so many grinds in it! Very frustrating

We recently just switched from a keurig to this coffee maker and love it so much more. We love the option to make a single cup or a whole pot.

Sleek design, brews fast. Wish there was a water reservoir that the single cup side would pull from.

Extremely slow brewing on both sides from day one. If you want to use both sides simultaneously you turn off the heating pad under the carafe

We have had this coffeemaker for 10 months and the carafe side has stopped working. The single side still works.

incessant "ticking" sound from the warmer plate - very obnoxious - but does brew a nice pot of coffee, and the single side is nice too

I love the simplicity of this pot. I had a Keurig Duo and had to press 3 buttons to make a pot of coffee. But this one doesn't get hot. Don't know if something is wrong with it, or this is temp it is set at.

Price is fair, I like the features and it is very simple to setup and use. I got this as a replacement for my older model of the same coffeemaker. If that doesn't make you think I like this product well then I don't know what else to say.
