This is the second time i have bought this pot. The k cup part never makes right. It always has drinks everywhere. So we stopped using that part (don’t forget this is the same with both pots I’ve had). And it leaks from the bottom. The first pot was under warranty so they replaced it guess what a year later leaking again. This time i will buy a different maker

Nice coffee maker

I would not recommend this coffee maker. We have only had it a short time and the k cup side of the machine gets clogged and spurts coffee grounds and hot water all over the counter. We have followed all of the trouble shooting instructions that Hamilton Beach provided and still doesn’t work. They refuse to replace.

No problems while it worked, and is a great concept. Sadly, I have to agree with others who witnessed a pot that leaks and it is no longer usable within about 6 months or so. Prior to the fatal last day of usage, we also noticed it did not keep the coffee as hot as the 1st cup after 5 or 6 minutes. Would not purchase again.

Bought this in August '19 after the Cuisinart and Keurig died. (I think it was a suicide pact.) Decided to save a little countertop real estate and get this nifty combined unit... oh boy. Whether making a pot or a single cup, it takes forever! ...and this is a bran new machine! (Oy vey) And the racket it makes just to spew up a little coffee... groans, signs and gurgles even worse than the angelic woman I married. I have yet to discern the difference between "bold" and "regular" flavor selection. It sure as heck doesn't mitigate the noises it makes. Still, it does make coffee so I gave it two stars just for working.

I bought this coffee maker in January 2022. The 12 cup side quit working in March 2022. I sent the defective one back, as requested. They sent me a new one March17, 2022. It's November, and now this one 12 cup side has stopped working again. Yes, I cleaned this regularly. Please do not waste your money as I did.

This 2-Way coffee maker was my choice based on recent reviews ( good outweighed the bad). It was just an okay machine out of the box, but I continued to have high hopes. The main carafe brews VERY slow. I personally used the single brew for myself. Almost 15 months later, my single brew side seems to build up so much pressure (as it's actively brewing) and the lid pops open (from the amount of pressure). I keep the water reservoir clean and wash parts to make sure the malfunctioning isn't for lack of care of the coffee maker. Not to mention, just because this holds K-Cups doesn't mean it tastes good. I used the little basket that you can refill, because I don't like watery coffee (and yes, I use the Bold setting instead of regular). All in all, I gave this 1 star because the price you pay is more than it's worth based on the length of time it was used. At first, I would have rated 3 stars....Conveniently the manufacturer warranty is 1 year and my coffee maker was a little older than 12 months. I would not recommend if you don't like wasting money and don't feel you should have to buy a new one every year.
