I am so glad that I made this purchase. It is so convenient and easy use. I use it everyday.

First unit did not have all parts. Exchanged and second unit carafe cracked after several uses.

So far, the best coffee maker I’ve purchased. Love the flexibility.

Love the improvement of the seperate reservoirs, no more over filling for single cups
