This coffee maker is a work horse! This is our second; the 1st one lasted 11 years! Its simple to use and makes a good cup or pot of coffee.

i didn't like this as the single cup side takes too long to heat up and and dispense coffee. unlike my kuereg that's ready like right now!!!

Great assistance for our large crowd everyone had a choice of favorite coffee and the 12 cup was very helpful

I got this because my husband can only have decaf. So now we can have our coffee the same time. I use the k-cup part he uses the caraf side.

Highly recommend anyone who wants to make a single cup of K-cup coffee or a pot of coffee. Best of both worlds!

The 2 separate water basins are better than the previous model. Only had it 2 weeks but so far so good.

Makes good coffee ,but the flap for water for K cup is broken and the carafe leaks between the glass and the plastic when pouring coffee

I bought this two weeks ago and it is very convenient to have the carafe and single serve. Easy to use and clean.

Need to add water each time you make coffee on either side. Did not have any issues stated in the negative reviews.

I bought this at Christmas time, and it worked fine, then yesterday it did not work, I do not have the receipt, can I return is?
