This coffee pot is very easy to use. I like that the water for the caraf and the water for the single cup are separate. The caraf you can set the timer to wake up to coffee. The single cup works with pods or your own coffee.

I replaced a Cuisinart 2 travel mug system for this one. I love it. I'll have to get use to a glass carafe again but otherwise, it's the perfect machine. Got a great Sams sale price & used rewards so was a tremendous deal.

I purchased the coffee maker several weeks ago. I like the ideal of being able to make myself only one cup of coffee at a time and them later being able to make a pot. Really like this product.

I've been using this model for a few weeks now and I really like the convenience of having the flexibility of using K cups or brewing a whole pot of coffee. I would buy this again!

This is the second one we bought. We like the ability to do both a pot of coffee or just a k-cup. The last one only lasted about a year and a half, hopefully this one will last longer.

We need both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee in our house and this allows us to make a pot of the largest number of consumers and the others are not left out either. Flavored coffee or tea drinkers are all included, and it is fast.

I like be my coffee and was hopeful on this item. Only got it a few weeks ago and already not impressed. No filter on this coffee maker and coffee smells and tastes burnt. Which I could get my money back. Super disappointed.
