We bought one for my wife & I. We liked it for the choice of an entire pot or one cup! Liked it so well that we bought one for our granddaughter for her new apartment

Had a previous model and loved it! This new version is GREAT! How it handles K-cups is a vast improvement and the "grounds" basket for single serv is better too.

I bought one and then another for my daughter. Better than any competitor. Can take out the k-cup holder and clean it well so it doesn't get clogged. Also can make coffee for 12.

I bought this flexbrew 2 months ago for my hair salon and was so happy I bought another for Home. Easy to use and the stylist love being able to make just a cup of the favorite hot drink or make a pot for a group. Love love it at home also.

They sent me a "recertified" brewer with a coffee stained carafe, nowhere on the product page did it say "recertified" if it had I wouldn't have bought it.

This coffee pot looks great and works great with one major flaw. You can't use both sides at the same time. :( I would have given it a 5 if you could have.

This is a replacement for our 1st Hamilton Beach FlexBrew 2-Way Coffee Maker, we had the first one for 3 years, and it woked great. The Single up side, quit working, and we decided to buy a new one.

Great coffee maker..you can make a pot or a cup using your own coffee. You can use the special k cups if you wish. First coffee maker with such versatility.

I got this for our vacation home since it offered the flexibility of having one cup or making a full pot for company. Great buy without having to buy and store two different coffee makers.

I love that my husband can have his pot of coffee that is so dark and that i can i have my medium roast single cup of coffee. I have to flll the reservoir each time for my individual 10-14 oz. 'single pod' but that's okay, i don't mind fresh water.
