Very cheap construction

Made 12 pots of coffee and quit working!

K-cup explodes and makes a mess 2 out of every three cups.

I really wanted to love this product however it has so many issues with this, one the issue with the clogged lines due to water. Always make sure you are not using tap water or you find yourself cleaning the lines with vinegar etc.. that worked for a bit but now the issue leaks every time a good amount of water from the bottom seems dangerous. Im constantly having to fix this or rigging it to brew some coffee. Im tired of having to try many things. Hamilton warranty is not good. I am exploring other options soon please consider another product

This has been sitting in a box for the last four months because it stopped working. The pod part just completely stopped working. I have a warranty on it, but no one will answer me on the warranty. I had protection put on it.. It’s a great pot coffee pot when it works.

We use this coffee maker at least once a day; both brew features. The coffee comes out super hot %26 delicious on either side. I took away one star because the brewing process is super slow on the carafe side. Otherwise, it’s a great machine at a great price.

this coffee maker. We chose it over a similar Keurig duel coffee maker because it had better reviews.

My wife likes the the coffee make, I can’t say I don’t drink coffee. She likes it and that’s what matters.

Bought for my Mom. She loves it. It is easy to use with buttons on the front and not on top. She can see them easily.
