plastic warped

used for a while but the plastic lid warped out of shape and allowes lots of hot steam to escape, very dangerous

Not good

The coffee was never hot enough. Slow brewing, the pod side never worked right. One star. Don't waste your money.

Great product but need a replacement carafe

After about three months of use the reservoir cracked, and started leaking hot water. Don't buy!
