If I could give this coffee maker zero stars I would. The single side has never worked properly. It spits out 2 ounces of coffee even after filling it with 10-12 ounces. You have to hit the button for another two ounces of coffee until you have about a 6 ounce cup of coffee. This coffee maker is a joke. Terrible product…

Be cerain to keep the receipt. Nice Unit Function - "However" 1 st unit failed leaked within 1 year. HB Replaced - but had to pay $12 for shipping. That 2nd unit failed/leaked within 3 months. HB stated they would honor the warranty from the time of purchase of the orginal unit. Conacted Customer Support - claimed problem corrected. Thus do not by Model 49940 if you want to take a chance purchase the upgrade model 49946. But say the receipt.

I bought this over a year ago, and, I am very happy with it. Unlike the Keurig carafe, the coffee remains warm over 90 minutes. Also, it makes a full 12 cups of coffee. The single cup side needs to be filled with water for each cup. This is fine as the water is always fresh. The coffee is smooth tasting. I am very satisfied

Great price for coffee maker, love the ability to make a full pot of coffee or a cup on the run

Like it but didn't come with that travel mug or a filter that's on the box

Brew a pot or a cup…in demand or scheduled. Very versatile!

This is my third Flex-brew and have always been satisfied. Great features.
