I was hesitant at first because I thought they would have been smaller or fit more bulky, but this is not the case. They actually fit more like real cotton underwear now. They were not saggy or bulky and I was able to wear them even at my most active point of the day while I was working out at the gym and they were not noticeable at all. I love that Depend has done all this new research to make their products more real so you can feel more normal and less like you have the problem of incontinence. I poured a cup of water into one and put it back on and did not notice any wetness. My pants are fairly loose and you can’t really tell I’m wearing them.

Better yet, they were completely breathable and I didn't feel like I needed to take an emergency pit stop. The only downside is that, unlike a pad, you would need to completely strip down if you were out and about and needed to change. I also took my chances at using them during my period. I have an extremely heavy flow but had no issues! I was comfortable all day and my clothes remained safe! I'm at the higher end of the small and they were a great fit!
