I'm in my mid 50's and unfortunately I'm starting to have some mild incontinence issues. This has been a touchy subject for me and I have had some embarrassing moments. Enter Depend Fresh Protection—aka the superhero of bladder leak defense. Got these for my dad, and he’s officially a believer. First off, not bulky—which means no awkward diaper vibes. Second, super absorbent—seriously, it soaks up like a sponge on steroids (25x its weight, apparently?!). No leaks, no weird dampness, and no unfortunate odors sneaking up on you. Dad says they’re comfortable, stay in place, and don’t feel like he’s wearing a mattress down there. Plus, they actually look like regular underwear, so no one will know unless you tell them (which… why would you?).

Way more comfortable than pads, though. Absorbency is good and I didn’t detect any more odor than using a pad. Elastic isn’t tight and constricting, so I’d say go with your regular sized underwear for fit. I recommend due to comfort level and fit.

I have been taking care of my mom for more than 8 years now, and her dementia has over the last few months put her in the realm of needing items like Depends. They are a time saver (and a life-saver in some ways) for me and a stress reliever for my mom...and at an affordable price. I definitely recommend these.

I wore them for three days and when I experienced leakage it didn't feel wet against my skin. The material the underwear is made of is very soft similar to regular panties. The pad area is not bulky and you also do not have to worry about the pad moving. This product is a definite buy.
