The Barbie's makeup is gorgeous as well with a lipstick that plays up the dress and compliments the natural beauty of the doll. I am in love with this years choice of design. The red gown is absolutely stunning, and I love the dramatic full skirt and beautiful bow detail at the hip. I was also pleasantly surprised by the pretty red sparkly tulle underneath the skirt. It adds such a fun little touch of sparkle! Her dark hair looks gorgeous with the red, and I especially love the little holly berry detail on her earrings. The red strappy heels are the perfect finishing touch too. She has such an elegant, classic holiday look while still having that fun Barbie charm. For a doll collector like myself I was hoping for a more unique face. I do like her red lips, lashes, and earrings. Her dress is the standard prom type dress that little girls will love but not necessarily interesting or fashion forward. It's a nice doll and would make a nice gift. I was just hoping for more.
