[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this razor. It's silly but the box it came in felt more like opening a cellphone than a razor. It was very well packed. The razor itself is much heavier and sturdier feeling than my fusion razor used previously. The shave provided was very good, similar to the fusion. For me honestly I couldn't tell the difference. That said the feel, the base, and the packaging make this a much nicer gift than the other razers Gillette offers. It is however priced a bit higher than the fusion which is the only real knock I can give it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tested the GilletteLabs Razor with Exfoliating Bar, and it's easily one of the best razors I've tried. The built-in exfoliating bar gently preps my skin before the blades even touch it, which has really helped reduce irritation and razor bumps. The handle feels premium and the pivoting head glides effortlessly along my face. I usually get a smooth, close shave in just one pass. It is pricier than regular razors, but for the quality and comfort I get, I think it's absolutely worth it.

The feature I liked the most is that it has a trimmer on the top back of it, to perfectly cut and mark tricky spots. The lubricating strip adds incredible amounts of lubricant, and the razor head turns sideways to help the blades better adapt to the shape of your face. It has five blades, which might feel like a little too much, but they are perfectly comfortable and just as easy to use as a regular one. They also help a lot to avoid getting clogged by hairs so often, worth every cent, recommended.

It shaves a really nice close shave, no irritation at all. It comes with a handy dandy stand to store your razor which is nice. Very well made and absolutely love it. Will keep using and recommend to others

I thought I was getting the newest most comfortable blade. I was WRONG! It will not give me a clean shave and plugs the blades. I have to go over problem (chin) and neck multiple times. I now have to blow air into the blades to clear them another try. I triple blade works much better for me.

While the handle feels premium and the magnetic stand is a nice touch, the exfoliating bar didn't seem to make much of a difference. The shave was decent but not noticeably better than cheaper options like the Fusion. For the high cost of replacement cartridges, I expected more. Overall, it feels like you're paying for style over substance.

The razor has some weight to it that makes it feel really premium. I didn't get razor burn from it. Overall, I am really satisfied with the product and would totally recommend this to anyone wanting a painless clean shave.
