I like the look of it, and it is complemented by some rubber for grip. The metal handle also gives me a sense of durability. There is a stand for the razor included in the box which is a nice touch. I had never used a razor stand, and now I am a fan because it makes the razor accessible and helps keep it clean and dry. My only complaint is that dry water spots are regularly visible on the stand and sometimes the razor handle, detracting from the nice design. One of my review photos shows this. This GilleteLab with exfoliating bar works perfectly and is smooth and just glides on your skin. The exfoliating bar is incorporated into the handle so all you have to do is just change the blade. A great feature about this is the base that comes with. It's a heavy duty round base where you just put the razor and you can store it nicely on a shelf, cabinet or in the shower.

The pivoting bearing is really a game changer as you navigate around your chin and face. Comes with an impressive magnetic stand that shows it off too. Has a nice weight to it and the only thing I had an adjustment period while using this was, I accidentally pushed the disconnect on the razer to drop the head off. This is built into the pivoting area and my thumb like to sit on it. Hands down still my favorite manual razer I have used.
