I bought this early last year but only used it about 5 or 6 times. I just decided to start using it regularly since my skin hasn't been looking so great lately. Used it once last week. Tried using it again last night but it just stopped working. I haven't dropped it, it hasn't been exposed to any water, it just..stopped. Really frustrating considering it's only been used a handful of times and it was really expensive too.

I've tried it twice and followed the instructions each time and ended up with essentially hickey's on my face and even a scab on my cheek. I practiced and everything, will never use this on my face again, it's way too harsh. I look like I got into a fight.

Only have used it 3 times but I really love this tool! My face feels cleaner and smooth! I get really excited when it's time to use my PMD and collagen mask for recovery, because the next day my face looks brand new! I really hope i see improvement in the complexion, texture and hyperpigmentation of my face that showed up after having my daughter. I also have a small scar on my forehead I hope goes away!

There was a bit of a learning curve for me and I definitely sandpapered a small part of my face BUT it was user error on my part! When I went back to the tutorial and followed their suggested usage and process to get my skin uses to it, I have had no trouble! I don't see huge changes but am committing to keep using it with consistency before I decide

I have mixed (oily/dry) skin and it feels patchy at times. I've used the microderm three times so far and really feel a difference in the texture of my skin. It's smoother and softer. I'm not one to get regular facials so using the microderm is a great way for me to take care of my skin on a budget, and on my time. Plus, it's easy and fast to use.

I love this thing so much. I wasn't sure I would but ordered it anyway. I use it weekly, and even got one for my best friend. It helps remove dead skin and leaves me with fresh, healthy skin. It helps pull deep blemishes to the surface quicker, so I can deal with them sooner. So easy to use, love it.

Dermatologist put me on Trentoin compound that dried my skin like mad. Got tired of paying for microdermabrasion and got this instead. Glad I did! Not only am I saving money and time, but my results seem to be better than what I was getting at the esthetician. I ended up getting the rose quartz cleaning tool after buying this and the combination of using both tools has made a significant difference in the texture and look of my skin.

I'm so happy with this gadget. It's easy to use and the results are lovely. I've had a few professional microdermabrasion treatments so I knew how it should feel and how my skin would react. Because of that, I'm able to gauge exactly the right amount of pressure and technique, and it's so easy to use that I can achieve the same results at home. Really happy I tried it!

This product works just as described. I've only used it once so far and you do need to start with the less abrasive disc to see if your skin can handle it. I did see and feel a difference immediately and the pink-ness subsided fairly quickly. I did not purchase any other of their products yet but might in the near future.

Honestly for the price and not having to drive to get a facial, this tool is fantastic. It comes with the training discs first which were good because it was hard to get a hold of at first- the suction is much stronger than you think! But I have sensitive skin and quickly went to a higher disk after a couple uses. My skin is baby soft and it's so much better than going to a facial! I haven't used it long enough to see long term results but I still think it's better than not having it.
