I saw and felt the difference in the texture/quality of my skin after just one use. My dry skin was almost nonexistent, it felt smooth to the touch and my face soaked up my skin products so much better than before using this PMD tool. Definitely would recommend as part of your weekly skin routine!

I've tried it twice and followed the instructions each time and ended up with essentially hickey's on my face and even a scab on my cheek. I practiced and everything, will never use this on my face again, it's way too harsh. I look like I got into a fight.

I've been battling with rough texture on my face for a long time and been trying restlessly to make my face baby smooth. I wanted to wait a while before reviewing so I could see if this thing was really making a difference. I have been using it consistently for about 2 months now (once a week). I have worked my way up to the green discs (moderate level) and will stay there for now. I bought it mostly to help with acne scars (actual textural issues, not hyper-pigmentation that some people refer to as acne scars). I definitely think it is helping with that, although progress is slow, which I expected. In the meantime however, my skin is becoming very soft and I have noticed less breakouts since I began using it consistently. I tend to only have 2-3 active breakouts at a time and they go away pretty quickly. Since the tip of the device is small I can go around these areas which is great since I don't have to skip treatments! To be fair, my skin care routine is a multi-pronged approach to keeping pimples away but I definitely think this thing has helped a lot. Only regret is not buying it sooner!

I bought this early last year but only used it about 5 or 6 times. I just decided to start using it regularly since my skin hasn't been looking so great lately. Used it once last week. Tried using it again last night but it just stopped working. I haven't dropped it, it hasn't been exposed to any water, it just..stopped. Really frustrating considering it's only been used a handful of times and it was really expensive too.

I was amazed at the amount of dead skin it removed! I thought this would be an expensive fad skincare routine but my skin is looking amazing! I don't ever have to exfoliate my skin with harsh scrubs. Doing this once a week followed by a calming aloe mask makes my skin beautiful!

I have had plenty of professional microdermabrasions but this a great alternative for at home care as either in between to prolong results from spa treatment or as an alternative to expensive treatments. Just make sure to use appropriate tip in the beginning. It really does exfoliate and will tear up your skin if you think it does not have enough suction, IT DOES!

Just purchased and after one use, I can see a subtle change in my skin. This product seems like it is doing little work but getting a lot of results. I'm excited to see how my skin will change in the next coming weeks! I have acne scars and really feel this at home treatment will give me salon results half of the price!

Dermatologist put me on Trentoin compound that dried my skin like mad. Got tired of paying for microdermabrasion and got this instead. Glad I did! Not only am I saving money and time, but my results seem to be better than what I was getting at the esthetician. I ended up getting the rose quartz cleaning tool after buying this and the combination of using both tools has made a significant difference in the texture and look of my skin.

I don't really know what rating to give this device. When I used it, it was just fine. I only had one little issue on my cheek bone. But when my 18 year old son used it (Exactly the same way I did—I was standing right next to him watching), it did not go so well. It wasn't until later that we realized how much damage had been done. It tore his poor face up. He looks like he was in a fight with a cat. And now has to coat his face with Neosporin to try and make sure it doesn't scar. We both tested the tool on our arms before using it, but obviously a face is much more sensitive than an arm.
