I'm giving this a 5 because it works well but due to operator error…..(did too many passes) I took off a layer of skin.Only go over lightly until you get a feel for this and don't keep going over problem areas.Do it and wait a week,then go again.Go slowly as in times you do this. Once I figured out that part,it works very well with one pass.

I've tried everything, not kidding. Hyperpigmentation is horrible to deal with and the PMD has been amazing. I've had it for one month and my overall skin tone has started to even out. It has taken out so much of the redness in my skin and the hyperpigmentation marks are disappearing. The closest word I have for it is magic. Attached is my one month progress photo!

I just enjoy the results of my PMD and it is so convenient to have it at home.

Do you use an oil in your face first before applying the PMD tool? Or do you use it on a dry face?

I love the PDM. I use it 2 to 3 times a week. It works for many different skin issues. Works great on evening skin tone and brown spots. Also wrinkles. Easy to use.

There was a bit of a learning curve for me and I definitely sandpapered a small part of my face BUT it was user error on my part! When I went back to the tutorial and followed their suggested usage and process to get my skin uses to it, I have had no trouble! I don't see huge changes but am committing to keep using it with consistency before I decide

After two uses I noticed that the disc are not as effective as it should. Secondly I always have to keep lifting up the disc while using it on my face. Once I apply pressure when using it on my face the disc keep going down so I have to stop to lift it up. Not nice

I love this thing so much. I wasn't sure I would but ordered it anyway. I use it weekly, and even got one for my best friend. It helps remove dead skin and leaves me with fresh, healthy skin. It helps pull deep blemishes to the surface quicker, so I can deal with them sooner. So easy to use, love it.

I have had plenty of professional microdermabrasions but this a great alternative for at home care as either in between to prolong results from spa treatment or as an alternative to expensive treatments. Just make sure to use appropriate tip in the beginning. It really does exfoliate and will tear up your skin if you think it does not have enough suction, IT DOES!

This is the 3rd PMD I have had. The first two both lost suction after about a year. They replace this last one for me, and I can immediately tell with the first use that the device is stronger than they used to be. I'm hopeful it will last longer than a year this time! I didn't use the PMD for about 5 months after my second one broke. After the first use again, my skin was immediately smoother and I am so excited to have a PMD again! My skin was getting a lot of dark spots from leftover blemishes that were not going away. After just two uses, I can tell my skin is already getting better.
