[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is basically a cordless vacuum for your pool. We have a medium sized above ground and this works perfect. We had one that you hooked to a hose and it wasted so much water. This sucks up, catches the gunk like a land cordless, and sends the water back out, preserving water. Which is awesome. Has things around the handle to make it float if you let it go too which helps. Its kinda heavy on land but easy to maneuver in the water. Makes it more efficient and that is a good thing.

We usually make a pass around the pool with a brush and the mesh basket to get leaves. It's a pain and you certainly can't do it in your work clothes. As you can see from the photos, he's dressed for company and making a pass around the pool to grab debris. Don't be fooled by what appears to be dirt on the steps - that's just inherent to our pool bottom. He had just finished clearing the steps of leaves. This Aiper unit is a stick vacuum for your pool. It's convenient and quick to use. We use it for quick cleanups but you can also use it for daily cleaning. It comes with 2 filters; the extra fine one gets finer particles and is better for cleaning beyond picking up leaves and twigs and the like. It's very effective at sucking up debris, whether it's leaves or dirt that's settled. It's got a multi adjustable pole and its slim profile makes it easier to use without having to wrestle it around the pool. The pole extends to get the deep end. And I love it most for shallow steps and the hot tub. It's just too easy to use and effective! It also comes with a nifty wall holder. We installed it near an outlet in the garage so it can charge between uses. We haven't run out of battery yet before we were done with the work. That was our big hesitation with this - running out of “juice” before we finished. It never happened. We are so pleased!

First of all it's way too early in the year, even in Texas, to get our pool ready. Second this thing as sleek and cool as it looks is really heavy. My husband does appreciate that is has the universal hook attachment to lower it into the pool that we used with our old vacuum. Big plus for us because I won't be able to help him get this thing in there. We tested it in our tub. It would have been a disaster if it hadn't worked as well as it does because I threw in sticks and leaves from our garden. But yep it worked great. It moves fast too. We have lots of trees around our pool so we needed something that's can grab all kinds of sticks and leaves. The charging port is really cool too. No plug just set it and forget it another big plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pool vacuum is fantastic! We had dirt and sand at the bottom of our jacuzzi and couldn't get it clean so we really needed something like this. We also used it in our pool around the steps. We had bad wind this past week and the pool was filled with dirt and leaves. It has 2 modes for deep water and shallow. It was really quiet and had to double check the power button light was on to see if it was working. Set up was easy out of the box. It worked perfectly.

The mapping only takes the first use to get the layout of your pool down and after that it works like a charm. The app is extremely easy to use and works great at scheduling, and the skimming feature is probably my favorite function as we need it often since we do not have a lanai over our pool. Although this vacuum is big, after it is finished it floats to the top and is easy to lift out for charging. The battery needs to be charged after each use, but I expected that considering most pools are quite large. I am so excited to own this and can't wait to keep using it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Aiper Pilot X1 pool vacuum was so well packaged and easy to assemble. The directions were very clear for both assembly and usage. It was easy to charge and took less than the allotted 2.5 hours for the first charge. Although my pool is relatively clean since it's winter time and not used, there was some dirt and sand that the vacuum was able to suction up on both shallow mode and deep water depending on the area of pool. It worked with only minimal passes! I love that the extendable handle allows for vacuuming the pool without actually being in the water! I truly think it's something that I will enjoy using because you just charge and go. And to me, that makes this vacuum invaluable!

As someone who hates dragging out heavy, complicated cleaning hoses, this cordless handheld vacuum is a dream come true. Assembly was a breeze (literally clicked together in seconds), and it is incredibly lightweight making it easy to maneuver around my pool. What impressed me most was the suction power! It easily grabs leaves, dirt, etc. and the articulating head reaches tough corners and tight spaces with ease. I love the 45 min battery life, offering plenty of time for a thorough clean. It also charges back up quickly! The 1L canister is easy to remove and clean. This is a must-have for any in-ground or above-ground pool owner to help keep it pristine clean. Highly recommend!

It connects to WiFi so you can access its stats on your phone and set up what function you need directly from your phone. The hero function is the one I have used most as it does all over cleaning for all parts of your pool. It is very quiet and we barely heard it working. It did an excellent job of cleaning all debris from the bottom of the pool and all over the sides as well. My favorite was the skimming of pool as it literally floats on top and sucks in all the extra leaves and debris from the surface as well. It manages to get all the dirt from all levels and sides of our pool. The battery life is great and I also love that this unit comes with a separate charging base. No more worrying if it is dry and safe to charge. After use I just put it on the base and it starts charging. I am so pleased we were given the opportunity to try this and have already been recommending it to everyone I know that has a pool. This is a great investment and extremely useful tool if you have a pool.

I tried with sand as well as some specks of plants and it didn't really suck anything up. It seems well built and heavy like it would last a long time. Would be nice if it worked better.
