[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A stickler for a nice clean shave (for my benefit and my wife's), I was impressed at the outset of this GilletteLabs with Exfoliating Bar Razor (the exfoliating bar was a bonus!). If I don't start my day with that look and feel of a clean shave, I will hear about it. The addition of a new (to me) “docking station” for my razor is a solid touch and has a masculine stylish look to my side of the vanity. Now I will no longer have to worry about resting my razor on something to ensure that is dry and within reach for my next shave. I no longer have that clutter on my side of the vanity! The blades of the razor easily glided over the surface of my skin and left a nice smooth, clean, and close shave. The handle fit comfortably in my hand, and I had no issues with a solid grasp as I shaved. A nice step-up to my daily grooming routine.

The handle feels substantial and well-made, and the lifetime warranty gives confidence in the build quality. My main concern is the ongoing cost replacement cartridges are significantly more expensive than regular Gillette blades.

Although it didn't seem to cause more than usual, it didn't seem to do much to prevent them either. Maybe it's just me, overall the product gets the job done but I was expecting a little more out of it.

I have sensitive skin and this razor caused no issues with my sensitive skin. The razor does come with a magnetic stand to keep the razor upright and allows it to dry for the next use. I thought this was nice because I normally store my razor with the blades up in order to dry out. The base is definitely heavy enough to hold up the razor and really looks kind of cool. I think it keeps the razor up with some type of magnetic contraption. The components of this razor seem of good quality for what it is intended do and the moving components do allow it to contour your face nicely. Removing and installing the blades are a breeze and everything clicks together nicely and hold firmly during shaving. So far so good and I can not really imagine that much of anything could go wrong with this razor set up from here. I think it does a nice shaving job.

I really can't tell the difference. Either way I really like the products that Gillette makes. So I'm kind of partial.

It comes with a magnetic stand. It has a comfortable handle also. The razor has an exfoliating bar on the top of it that helps to get a better shave. I'm loving this smooth skin. I Iike that it comes with a stand . And I have used many other razor in my life but nothing has given me a nice close clean safe like this . I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for a really great razor and exfoliating bar that's definitely helps not to nick yourself and leaves your face so nice and soft . I found that it had a nice weight to it suggesting good durability. The color is sleek and just visually appealing in any countertop.
