[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not get this thing to connect or work with any of my tv's. I have newer ones so I'm not sure why or what's going on with it. I'm chalking if up to operator error as we have always used a gaming console to play blue ray. All the lights and functions are on and work but I can not get it to connect.

But im totally dissapointed or it my fault for not reading the description thoroughly, but having streaming in the product title led me to believe I'd be able to use this with wifi. It is NOT wifi compatible. I had to buy an ethernet cable to run from the router to this Blu Ray player in order to stream anything. Overall, it was too much of a bother to send it back so we're making do with it, but I wouldn't buy it again.

We have watched a few dvds on it and it plays great. Really easy set up and easy to use. I love that it can connect to the internet and stream Netflix.

Very easy to use, durable, and the picture quality is great. My favorite part is that I can steam on it as well. One of my other favorite things about it is that my 7yr old can work it too.

This Blu-ray disc player is another masterpiece Sony Created! i love how this player is compact and the quality on my TV is so clear. From opening the box they make sure that its easy for everyone to install it. another thing I love the most about this player is you can use it to stream your favorite shows from your favorite streaming services. I'm so glad that I could also use this blu-ray player to play my DVD collections and the quality is also clear.

Sadly neither me with three earned doctorates, nor my retired teacher wife are smart enough to figure it out. With the pandemic raging and home time expanding we really wanted to enjoy netflcks and red box blue ray dvds. The Sony Blu ray disc player with smart features eliminated the ignorance zone and now we enjoy the netflicks streaming service and rental dvds too.

This blue ray player is light weight and includes almost everything you need to get started, even batteries for the remote. The picture is clear and their are many apps that come pre installed. The only thing I wish were different is that this was a wireless setup. I wanted to put this in my boys room and realized that it is a wired only set up meaning it can't be too far from your internet router. Other than that this really is a great Blue-ray disc player.

My only two disappointments were it didn't come with any of the cables to hook it up. you can't hook this player up for wireless. I had to go out and buy all cables to hook everything up. But when all said and done great some disc player.
