My last player I had difficulty connecting to the internet but with this one, it connected easily. Picture quality is great and with the small design it fit perfectly on my tv stand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very reasonably priced Blu-ray player. I needed another one to play my grandkids movies on our Smart TV and went with this Sony player. It is small and lightweight and fits nicely by the TV. I wasn't paying attention to the box, I guess, because I didn't realize the HDMI cord wasn't included so it is not ready to go out of the box. That's the reason for the 4 star review. For the price of the player I understand why the cord wasn't included but I would have paid ten dollars more just so I didn't have to go out and buy one to make it work. However, once I got the cord the setup was quick and easy and the player truly works great. The kids movies load quickly and the HD picture is sharp and clear. I did not use the streaming apps as those are already on my TV. I did understand that this player was a wired internet connection and not wireless so I did read the box somewhat. I just wish NO HDMI INCLUDED was more predominantly displayed. Other than that, a great compact player.

It is nice and compact and even comes with Netflix! I highly recommend if you are limited on space but still want great features in the room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've put this in our camper so that when it is rainy outside we can sit inside and watch a movie. Love that it is Full HD and plays all my movies. Very great graphics and colors! Dolby sound which delivers crisp sounds. The player that was in my camper only was a dvd player and this one is a blue ray! Perfect size to fit into the cabinet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sony Blu-ray Disc player is excellent for anyone who enjoys streaming and physical media such as Blu-ray Disc. Please keep in mind that the player does not come a HDMI cable so you will need one, which I happened to have around the house. Also, the it needs to be hardwired to your modem for streaming. I did not mind it since my modem is located in my TV stand. But, I use this mostly to watch the physical copies of movies and I do not have any complaints. It is easy to setup and plays the movies without issue. Would recommend for anyone looking for a disc player to watch on media on TV or a projector.
