I have been using Move Free products for several years. I tried other collagen supplements, but found Move Free to be much better and I am sticking with it.

move free ultra is a little expensive but I enjoy just eating one pill a day instead of two pills a day. one pill a day is also very small so it is easy to swallow.

My husband and I use this every day. We can tell when we don't take it. I really like this product it helps and it's only one small pill. The others we have tried are such big pills and you have to take 2 of those.
