I've been taking g Move Free Ultra for about six months now. I have had little to no sore knees, shoulders, and elbows. Better results than a year of chondroitin and the other supplements.

Swear by this product. Have taken for several years and have run out only once and will never do that again knee discomfort was back by the end of the week.

I haven't seen much improvement so far after one bottle. But I like the idea of taking one pill a day. I used to take other brands before move free, I had to take three huge tablets a day
