I started using Move Free years ago and found it really helps joint health. Now they have Move Free Ultra where you only need to take one pill per day versus 2 or 3 and I like that even better.

This product seems to work well as I am a musician and need flexibility in my arms and hands. I especially like that it's taken once per day vs 2- 3 times a day as most other products.

I've been taking this for about a month.... For years I had been taking Osteo Bi flex.....one thing is for sure .. I love the one small pill compared to the two mammoth ones I took before.
