I've been using this awhile now, I used to use Nature Made. I like the fact that it's just 1 tiny pill a day!! All the other joint supplements were huge hard to swallow pills.

My medical doctor recommended Move Free Ultra (make sure it says "ultra", she said). That has been several months ago and I use it daily. I'd hate to without it, and love getting the rewards occasionally..
