I have been using Move Free daily for over 5 years and I appreciate the ability to move my knees easier and I can go up and down stairs faster than when I don't use it. I hve reccommended this product to several friends that have joint problems.

move free ultra is a little expensive but I enjoy just eating one pill a day instead of two pills a day. one pill a day is also very small so it is easy to swallow.

I was skeptical but this stuff worked for me. Having to take only one per day without a load period is awesome! Because it's so tiny, it's one pill I don't mind swallowing.
