I started taking Move Free Ultra about three months ago. I have taken the "2 capsules a day" Move Free for years. It works also, but the Ultra is one small pill a day. Easy!!

My wife and I switched from Move Free to Move Free Ultra. There is only one small pill to take instead of two larger pills, twice a day. They are especially beneficial when traveling. We are happy we switched.
