I've been using this awhile now, I used to use Nature Made. I like the fact that it's just 1 tiny pill a day!! All the other joint supplements were huge hard to swallow pills.

I love my Move Free tablets. I seldom took my other supplements as they were so difficult to swallow. Now I put my Move Free tabs with my everyday meds and never miss a dose. My former tablets didnt fit into my med box daily spaces.
