I didn't really notice until I stopped taking it that it did a little something for me. I'm still young so I don't really have a need for it now but in the future if I need it I will buy.

Within 6 weeks after starting this product, my range of motion had increased or actually returned to where it had been 3/4 years earlier. I had been using glucosamine and chondroitin for about 2 years with some results and relief, but nothing like I've gained with Move Free!

Have used Move Fee for years. When I have run out and then forget to buy for a while I knees will begin to really bother me again. My husband will ask if I have been remembering to take "my pills". I've taken many supplements that required 3-4 huge pills a day and that's just too much. I had no stomach upset or any other adverse side effects after taking them. They are most definitely being picked up on my next shopping trip.

I've started having issues with my knees a while back and have purchased other product providing the similar benefits, however I could never keep up with taking them since swallowing four gigantic pills a day just wasn't working for me. This product on the other hand is so easy to incorporate into one's routine (just one tiny pill a day providing the same benefits) that I am positive I finally found a solution I can stick with.

I like this product as the pill is small and easy to swallow compared to the regular Move Free glucosamine I had taken before. I always have a hard time swallowing large pills and have been avoiding taking the regular pills as much as possible. Now that this product comes in smaller sizes, I can take it fearlessly. Also, now I just need to take ONE pill instead of two and serves the same purpose!
