Small; easy to swallow

I'm 69, been taking these (once daily) for approx. 4 years. I believe they help. My Doc. says to continue along with daily walks & general exercise.

Only one tablet a day!!!

I find that this product is very effective especially being in such a tiny pill. It is very easy to just take one a day.

Love the ultra

I hate taking pills so love the 1 a day. If I forget I know pretty quickly as my knees start acting up.
