I've had a recent lower back strain in my SI joints after I started taking the supliments, so not sure if they're effective for me

This tiny tablet is much more easier to swallow to me. I am always not really good at swallowing the big tablets.

Love this stuff. All you need to know is that it works. If for some reason I don t take it, my bones and joints know for sure!
