I've been using Move Free for years. They used to be difficult for me to swallow but now their one of the smallest pills I take and just one a day.

The tiny pill is great for me. I have trouble swallowing pills so I use to buy the gummy or the liquid. Then I saw this, it's great!! and it works!!
