I took the other ones, but I like this one best. You only take one small pill a day. No side affects.

I have used Move Free Ultra--same or better results and size and portions are so much easier to use.

I started taking this a yew ago and believe it really helps because I feel worse if I forget to take it.

I bought this because it works as well as glucosamine but is so tiny after years of choking on big pills I can get the help I need easily

It doesn't work overnight. You need to be taking it for a few weeks to realize the benefit of the product. Give it a try.
