I have been taking move free since problems with knees started in 2008. Move Free has really helped me.

Although more expensive, I find the Ultra to be faster-acting and more effective. Would recommend, especially as you age.

I have been taking this on and off for my knees. I don't take it daily due to its price, but I do think it works.
