This was my first experience taking the MegaRed softgels. I was pleased with the product, as it did not leave a lingering fish taste or have a fishy odor as some do. I have to continue to take fish oil at this time, so I will purchase more of these in the future since they are not as unpleasant as some of the other brands I have tried.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have taken omega-3 supplements for several years. They have always been big capsules that were hard to swallow and often left a fishy taste. These MegaRed softgels are not only much smaller (and more powerful) but there was no fishy taste! I had heard of MegaRed, but had not tried them until I received a complimentary bottle in return for my honest review. I can say without reservation that I much prefer MegaRed softgels to anything else I've used and they are even more powerful which is something I need at this point in my life. I would not only recommend them, but I will be buying this brand instead of my usual brand in the future.

The softgels are great also as I have trouble taking regular tabs. I can see an improvement since starting these and can't wait to see more beneficial improvement's!

Unlike many fish oil supplements these did not have a nasty fish taste/smell and I did not burp it up all day. I love that you only need to take them once per day which makes life so much easier. MegaRed is a well known and trusted brand and this product is no different.

I don't know where these people get off saying the Krill oil has a horrible fish odor, it's simply not true. If you stick your nose in the bottle it smells a little fishy. The capsules are easy to swallow, and there is absolutely no after taste. I have been taking Mega Red's for several years now and will continue to do so.

I feel like MegaRed was a lot better for me than any other brand I have used. I definitely will keep buying MegaRed from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking fish oil for years so I was excited to try Shiff Mega Red Krill Oil. These are really amazing. No fishy smell or taste which is a huge plus. Easy for me to swallow and I have not had any digestive issues with it. They are soft gels which I like. I am definitely switch to these krill oils and giving up my old fish oil since I already notice less stiffness in my joints. I love that I can get my omega 3's in one easy pill.

I usually am running out the door with one shoe on by the time I need to leave and more often than not can barely get a glass of water let alone coffee or breakfast down. As I have gotten older I have come to realize that my body needs more than that in order to function. My hair, skin, and nails have really benefitted from these. I don't simply think to replace these with proper diet, and or exercise is the answer, but I need some extra help to get healthy things into my body and I like these a lot. They are softgels so they won't get stuck in your throat, and if you still have a problem, you could, in theory, pop one into your coffee or tea in the morning as the taste is barely recognizable. There isn't a very fishy odor which is a big problem with most Omega-3 pills. It usually can't be helped but these are very faint if at all reflective of that. If you have a shellfish allergy I would possibly consult a doctor, but other than that they are safe and from what I have read, rarely, if at all have side effects or interactions. I had never heard of this brand and I find the softgels to be much more preferable. I'm glad I got an opportunity to try these.
