I would recommend it, I have only been using it a short time and have noticed a difference. I was aware of MegaRed but had never tried it. My parents use it, I didn't even know what it for. I also like the fact that there are so many great reviews on the MegaRed 350mg Omega-3 Krill Oil 30 softgels. I'm trying them for the first time. I was a little leery because of the fishy burps you can get from other products like this, but I haven't experienced that at all with these. As a matter of fact, there's a pleasant vanilla flavor and scent to the softgels. I'd recommend that anyone interested in improving their cholesterol levels and other health benefits of taking this product, try it for yourself! It's a great product and I'll be continuing to take it daily to see what health benefits I reap.

I feel good knowing I am taking steps to stay healthy by taking these supplements. I appreciate the fact, they were easy to swallow and did not leave a nasty after taste. After taking them for several weeks, I could feel a discernable difference in my joints. I don't hurt much anymore, and I can complete my daily exercises without issues or pain. If I go very many days without taking these, I can feel it. I highly recommend these for anyone!

I was given the opportunity to try MegaRed 350mg Omega-3 Krill Oil 30 softgels, and it is a smaller capsule. It tastes like vanilla going down. There was no fishy taste, but I did notice the back of my throat was frothy and salty. My parents say that will happen within the first week or so of taking them. My parents highly recommend them and they buy them faithfully.
