I have some minor GI issues so I couldn't tell if this was affected by taking the product. Overall, I believe it could be good.

I haven't noticed any notable benefits yet, but I am very optimistic for this one. The small softgell is easy to swallow. There is no disgusting taste or smell. With previous other brands, they would taste horrible and when I would belch, it would be gross. Not the case with MegaRed! This supplement is definitely worth a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that you do not have that terrible fishy burp aftertaste thought out the day as you do if you take fish oil supplements. Flax seed oil can even cause flax seed tasting burps, but that is tolerable. These softgels cause zero burping, and zero aftertaste throughout the day. I would recommend them to anyone who needs amino acids in their diet.
