I also liked that they are extra strength and I will be replacing the previous product I was taking with MegaRed 500mg Extra Strength Omega-3 krill oil because I feel they work better and they are very easy to swallow.

I'm not as drowsy and tired, my skin appears brighter and my husband says I even seem more possessive and hopeful. I think it is the omega red for sure.

I haven't noticed any notable benefits yet, but I am very optimistic for this one. The small softgell is easy to swallow. There is no disgusting taste or smell. With previous other brands, they would taste horrible and when I would belch, it would be gross. Not the case with MegaRed! This supplement is definitely worth a try.
