I can't figure out why there are some people complaining about the smell of Mega Red. The bottle I have smells a little like vanilla extract. The only thing I can figure is, they must be from competitive company and don't want anyone to buy the product.

This is the easiest way to take my Omega-3. It does have a smell to it, but what difference does that make? Honestly, I guess I'm too old to worry about a little smell to a supplement. If you want quality and convenience, I recommend that you buy a bottle and just use them. Open the bottle, take one small capsule each day, close the bottle. End of problem. I was excited to try the MegaRed Superior Omega-3 Krill Oil Softgels. The red softgel was very easy to swallow, and I didn’t burp up any unpleasant taste or odor. I try to stay healthy, exercising 5 days a week. I take a daily multivitamin, along with a few supplements. I will definitely be adding this magic red pill to my daily routine.

No fish burps- Since these are sourced from krill, there's no fishy after effects. In fact, they smell slightly of vanilla. 3. Extra Strength means fewer pills- Recommended dosage is only 2 per day. Other Omega pills recommend at least 3 per day, even the huge ones. Do I feel better? It's hard to tell. I've only been taking these for a week, so the only change is slightly softer stools. I take one in the morning, and one in the evening. If I take a dose right before bedtime, there's no fishy regrets. I've taken Mega Red in the past in Regular Strength, but I like the idea of an Extra Strength Omega-3 Krill Oil. I'll keep this as part of my supplement routine.
