No fish burps- Since these are sourced from krill, there's no fishy after effects. In fact, they smell slightly of vanilla. 3. Extra Strength means fewer pills- Recommended dosage is only 2 per day. Other Omega pills recommend at least 3 per day, even the huge ones. Do I feel better? It's hard to tell. I've only been taking these for a week, so the only change is slightly softer stools. I take one in the morning, and one in the evening. If I take a dose right before bedtime, there's no fishy regrets. I've taken Mega Red in the past in Regular Strength, but I like the idea of an Extra Strength Omega-3 Krill Oil. I'll keep this as part of my supplement routine.

This is the easiest way to take my Omega-3. It does have a smell to it, but what difference does that make? Honestly, I guess I'm too old to worry about a little smell to a supplement. If you want quality and convenience, I recommend that you buy a bottle and just use them. Open the bottle, take one small capsule each day, close the bottle. End of problem. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that you do not have that terrible fishy burp aftertaste thought out the day as you do if you take fish oil supplements. Flax seed oil can even cause flax seed tasting burps, but that is tolerable. These softgels cause zero burping, and zero aftertaste throughout the day. I would recommend them to anyone who needs amino acids in their diet.
