I also liked that they are extra strength and I will be replacing the previous product I was taking with MegaRed 500mg Extra Strength Omega-3 krill oil because I feel they work better and they are very easy to swallow.

I can't figure out why there are some people complaining about the smell of Mega Red. The bottle I have smells a little like vanilla extract. The only thing I can figure is, they must be from competitive company and don't want anyone to buy the product.

Right now, since taking it I'm the only one in my house that isn't sick and I've been able to concentrate on my work more than usual. Coincidence? No fish burps- Since these are sourced from krill, there's no fishy after effects. In fact, they smell slightly of vanilla. 3. Extra Strength means fewer pills- Recommended dosage is only 2 per day. Other Omega pills recommend at least 3 per day, even the huge ones. Do I feel better? It's hard to tell. I've only been taking these for a week, so the only change is slightly softer stools. I take one in the morning, and one in the evening. If I take a dose right before bedtime, there's no fishy regrets. I've taken Mega Red in the past in Regular Strength, but I like the idea of an Extra Strength Omega-3 Krill Oil. I'll keep this as part of my supplement routine.
