I purchased this car seat and was very excited about the safety of it. Well 3 months in to using it and my now 3 month old son's head is squished in the head rest portion of it. It is winter here in MI and I cannot put a hat on him in his carseat because there is not enough space for his head with a hat. I can't adjust the headrest because then the straps will be above his shoulders which is incorrect and unsafe for rearfacing.

I have had the car seat for 1 month already, baby is a month old now. Although it is a nice looking car seat I have to say I am disappointed. My little one is a big baby and I feel like he is way too snug in it and I can't adjust the headrest and straps to his size. The headrest adjust to certain levels combined with the straps that Graco thought would be accurate. However each baby is different especially in height and weight. Either I have to adjust the headrest high for the straps to be correct leaving his head down low not leveled with the headrest or if I choose to level the headrest with his head then that leaves the straps way too tight on him. There is no adjusting it yourself. I don't understand why they choose to do this. I don't see my baby being comfortable in this in 3 months from now because I'll have to raise the headrest to adjust the straps to his weight. That leaves not enough levels in the car seat left for my baby to grow into. I'm really upset because of how expense this car seat is I would hope it would lasts us longer than I predict it will.

Have been using this car seat for 18 mo now (since we took babe home from the hospital). It's grown with him, which is great, and now we are finally at the point where we are looking for a toddler car seat. Nice soft material. Easy to buckle him in and out. Quiet canopy. Light weight! Fits into various strollers w adapters. Very happy with this purchase. Loved that it lasts longer than most (32”/35lbs) and lighter weight (8 pounds I believe). Love the fuss free hooks for the straps too. Easy to clean! The best!!

This is our first car seat we've used since our baby was born 9months ago and we love it. Lightweight and comfortable for baby. The click and go makes it simple to go between car & stroller. The adjustable carrying handle is awesome. I went with the rebar base for extra safety.

I thought this car seat would be awesome but my son is only 4 months and the headrest literally bends his ears over when you place him in it. It's on the highest setting and my son is only 16 lbs. he gets so hot in this seat and screams every ride. I have the parameter stroller and love that but I needed this to work especially for the money as a single parent and teacher who needs to make every dollar stretch! So disappointed! Forget the aesthetics next time and make sure it accommodates baby's comfort and safety next time!

I'm not sure why but the carseat will not easily latch lock in, have to push seat down each time to ensure it is locked in. Does not seem correct. I do love the look and quality of material but unsure about why it is so difficult to get in and out of base?

Got this car seat before our baby was born and it worked for the first couple of months. We didn't realize at the time when we got it that the headrest is not removable. When our baby was only 3 months old, he started hating the car seat and would scream while in it. He's a tall baby and just didn't fit in it anymore when the bulky headrest couldn't be removed so it squished his shoulders. He would also get hot while in the car seat. Other than the fact that it's a heavy car seat, I did like it for the first couple of months.. especially the one button handle feature. However, I would not recommend this car seat to others based on the headrest flaw. 3 months in and we already had to buy a new car seat... save your money and go with something else from the start.

My twins were born at 29 weeks, I read alot of reviews from moms that also had preemies and they said that this car seat helped their babies pass the “car seat test” before leaving the NICU. Well both of my babies passed their test on the first attempt so I will have to agree

I bought this car seat for my baby and I loved it at first he seemed very comfy in it but then started having issues with the head rest being floppy. The reason why I bought it because I liked the headrest feature but now I am having this issue Not sure if anyone is having the same issue but I'm disappointed.

This car seat worked well the first 4 months I would say but as my baby grows it's beginning to become uncomfortable for both baby and I. At only 15lbs he seem to have almost outgrown the seat. It's always a struggle to get him out of the seat. Unfortunately I am in the process of purchasing a new car seat. The headrest is also not breakable as he sweats a lot.
