Mushrooms are awesome! So great to find a way to easily consume a variety of fungi that's safe and effective. No real flavor, easy to swallow, and made in the USA.

I'm so excited to take them, I did want to ask if one could take 2 capsules per day instead of 4? I think 4 is just a lot for me. Would that not be as efficient as taking 4 per day?

I like the mushroom powder, but to make sure that I get my mushroom 'quota' it is nice to have the capsules for the times when I'm not making something that will accommodate the powder.
