I really like the additions of the master blend into my vitamin regiment. Anything that is holistic and that can be healthily sustained is a huge win in my book. I like the mushroom powder, but to make sure that I get my mushroom 'quota' it is nice to have the capsules for the times when I'm not making something that will accommodate the powder.

I ordered these capsules as well as the TurkeyTail powder. But I have to say my favorite is the Morning Energy blend and the Brain Fuel. I mix them together in steamed oatmilk, or oatmilk on ice and they are delicious.
