WOW I love this product! I've tried various other brands of mushroom supplements before, but this one takes the cake. I feel a noticeable change after I take these. I'm more focused, more mentally energized, greater clarity. The only con is they're too expensive for me, so, I only take half the suggested dose and wait for them to go on sale again lol. Great product though, definitely worth trying if you're interested.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capsules are easier to take than the powder especially if you don't want the earthy taste in your coffee/smoothie/etc. My husband swears by this mushroom blend to enhance his focus. He used to have brain fog and taking the mushrooms daily has helped this tremendously. I'm truly blown away! Also, as a dietitian I trust the ingredients of this supplement which is very important. They are sourced from an organic farm in California and the supplement has 3rd party testing for purity and potency safety.

I do not write reviews . Although, I figured this may give some reassurance to others in the same situation I am in. I started taking this initially for the stress relief and vitality. All around wellness really. I noticed the bottle also included gut health. You guys.. I have struggled with IBS since I was a child. I've been taking this for 2-3 months now. It has exponentially improved my pains and digestive issues. I know everyone's bodies differ. But from my experience, 11/10 would recommend.

Maybe I am just on too many other suppliments and medications or maybe I don't know what exact signs I'm looking for as resulting taking Master Blend. But at this point I don't feel any different. I must have noticed enough of a difference initially or I would not have gotten on the shipment program.I love the broths, both I've gotten are great pick me up snacks in the afternoon. My physician told me all these products are great, especially for the immune system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only been taking 2 capsules daily for a couple weeks now and I have seen a huge difference especially whole body. I also take Gentle Zen 2 capsules at night and it has helped especially with insomnia. I did notice at first an increase in bloating and constipation which was unusual but found a comfortable of each. The biggest thing is my mood and anxiety, which has toned that down quite a bit.

Ever since taking a daily dose of Om Masterblend, my cholesterol has dropped by a few points and my liver enzymes that had been all over the place due to medication, had stabilized. So far I've really greatly enjoyed introducing these powdered mushrooms into my life... Maybe been a few weeks or so, but I want to continue using them alongside other superfoods and a healthy diet. INcredible company! I think all these mushrooms are cultivated on oats in CA? I could be wrong, but in any case I'll continue using OM's mushrooms without question!

When recently that product was not available, Master Blend was my next choice. I have been happy with that. decent blend, I am not a fan of adding ashwagandha as it is recommended to cycle & not take every day, also the proprietary blend is a vague marketing technique/ loophole used to cover up the actual amount used of each ingredient so you don't know if you are getting the recommended amount or not
