Not sure if I want to work on baby #2 just yet but im going to get my body prepared just in case. These are a great way to get your multivitamins and omega-3s in. Packaging is light weight and for gummies, they did not stick together like some do.

It is packed with vitamin k, b12,d3, folgate, omega 3 dha, and more such essential nutrients. It is designed to absorb quickly in the body. These gummies have pleasing smells and tastes. These gummes come in a pack of 90 count and are good enough for a three month supply.

I am breastfeeding though and the doctor said to continue the vitamins. The ingredients are in post with what else is on the market. Although you do have to take 3 of them. They texture is in between a fruit chew and a gummy.
