They come in a pack of ninety gummies that you take three a day. This makes for a months worth of them which is a decent amount. I absolutely love the flavor of them! They are basically like a fruity and almost citrus like flavor. The texture is very soft and easy to chew and that's my favorite part about them because they go down very easily!

I haven't had any negative side effects with these. I love that they are packed with lots of vitamins. The only thing is I think this bottle will go quick because of the recommended serving size. I'm not actively trying to get pregnant but maybe in the near future. It's definitely good to start getting my vitamin levels up. I'd recommend these!

The flavor is good, but the daily serving is 3 gummies, so I don't feel like these would last very long, making them a bit expensive. I do like the ingredients, but it's lacking iron which is super important to me in a vitamin. I wish there were more flavors too, but overall this product is just alright. If you are a normal health woman, this may be good for you. I have a history of anemia, however, so I would choose something else instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given the smarty-pants prenatal plus multi and omega's gummies. It's 60 mg of omega-3 DHA per three gummies . It also contains folate to support fetal brain and spinal cord development. Iodine to support fetal cognitive development with 19 other nutrients all in this one little prenatal gummy. It does have a very strong taste of the omega oils which can be a hit or miss. It's non-GMO and gluten-free. It's recommended to take three gummies per dose. I gave it a three star because it is a little more expensive than some of the other prenatal vitamins, and I wasn't a super fan of how it tasted but still edible.

I think the packaging is attractive and the lid is kid safe. In my opinion for the quality of these gummies they are a priced great. Not a very overwhelming vitamin taste they have great flavors! All in all, a win!
