The new formula now contains slightly fewer calories, carbs, and sugar.These vitamins contain folate instead of folic acid. Folate is the natural form, while folic acid is synthetic and requires conversion in the body. Some people have difficulty metabolizing folic acid efficiently, so I preferred pure folate to ensure my body could absorb it properly.
