[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking this to support circulation in my body and overall I don’t notice a significant difference but I have noticed that with taking this, my blood pressure has been lower than normal. The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars is for the serving size. It feels a lot to add onto of what my normal routine is.

They are solid tablets that won’t leak like gel capsules. No aftertaste was noted or weird burps unlike fish oil supplements. My husband and I tried these and didn’t notice much of a difference compared to using liquid beet root and eating other foods that increase nitric oxide. No noticeable increase in energy, blood pressure, and no changes in male sexual performance. This may work well for some people if eating nitric oxide boosting foods and/or swallowing pills is preferred to a liquid beet supplement.
