There is no bad smell or taste. It absorbs very well. The ingredients are all natural which is a plus for me. You only take 3 tablets once daily with or without food. A must in your daily routine

It actually does give me a subtle mental boost and helps keep me focused. I like to take it about an hour or two before I work out to increase blood flow. The oblong coated ablets are easy to swallow, which I appreciate. The only thing I don't care for is the lingering taste, but their effectiveness definitely outweighs this. The days I take it I feel that my energy level is higher and I don't need that afternoon nap. I have taken this with food and without food and I haven't noticed a difference. It does not upset my stomach. Some pills leave a bad taste in your mouth and I haven't noticed anything with this one. I am normally one that has a hard time swallowing pills but I do not with these and I take all 3 at once they go down smoothly. Lol!

It's easy to take, and I like that's it's formulated to support circulation and overall cardiovascular health.
